HR Recruiter (Entry Level / Experienced)

Freshers, who are willing to make career in HR & Recruitment, are eligible for Entry Level HR Recruiter


Role

  • Recruiting candidates for IT / nonIT / BPO requirements
  • Handing end to end recruitment process
  • Client Interaction – discuss requirements, hiring plan
  • Social Media hiring, Leading a team / mentoring, account management, mass hiring, decision making, innovation, promotion, etc etc

Location: Bangalore


Candidate Profile

Education: Any Graduate (including BE/ BTech) / Post Graduate

Experience: 0 - 2 yrs of experience


The ideal candidate is one who is looking forward to a career in recruitment. 

She/he must be aware of recruitment process & trends and qualities required to be good performer. 

She/he should be focused and determined for success, overcoming the hurdles. 

She/he should enjoy talking to people and build network. 

She/he should be accountable for their performance and work towards common goal, achieving individual targets.


Skills:


•           Self motivated and Target Oriented

•           Confident, self-initiator with good communication skills

•           Pleasant personality

•           Good convincing and negotiation skills

•           Good with computers and internet (social media, search etc)




Note:

For Experienced candidates - Candidates must have relevant experience in Recruitment.

Experience in any other role will not be given weight-age


Candidates must be currently residing in Bangalore.
